3.2 Jurisdiction. The Platform is intended for use by players physically located within jurisdictions where online gaming is permitted by applicable law. It is the Player's responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction.
3.3 One Account Per Person. Each natural person may register only one (1) Account on n7777. Multiple registrations by the same individual are prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances pending investigation.
3.4 Excluded Persons. 4.2 KYC Verification. n7777 is required by PAGCOR regulations and the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. 4.5 You must promptly notify n7777 of any changes to your registered information. Maintaining outdated or inaccurate Account information constitutes a breach of these Terms.
5.1 n7777 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply and are subject to change.
5.2 n7777 does not charge deposit processing fees. However, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees — these are not within n7777's control or responsibility.
5.3 Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in Philippine Peso (PHP) upon confirmed receipt. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited within seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day.
5.4 All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party funding — including deposits made from another person's GCash or bank account — is strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of funds pending investigation.
5.5 n7777 reserves the right to reverse a deposit and return funds to the originating payment method if a deposit is suspected to be fraudulent, made in error, or in violation of these Terms.
6.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted after successful KYC verification. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible.
6.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day may apply and are published in the Account wallet section.
6.3 GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–4 business hours. Withdrawal processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or when additional verification is required.
6.4 n7777 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply receiving fees.
6.5 n7777 may delay or decline a withdrawal request pending identity verification, fraud investigation, or if the Company has reason to believe the funds in question were obtained through prohibited means or bonus abuse. In such cases, n7777 will notify the Player and provide a timeframe for resolution.
6.6 Bonus Funds are not withdrawable. Only real-money Balance resulting from deposits and/or eligible wagering of Bonus Funds may be withdrawn.

8.3 In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay — including disconnection, software error, or power failure — n7777's system records are the authoritative source for determining game outcomes. Bets interrupted by a technical fault before a game round has concluded will be voided and the wager returned.

11.2 In the event of Account closure for breach, any Balance remaining after deduction of any relevant bonus funds and amounts under investigation may be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, at n7777's sole discretion and subject to any applicable regulatory requirements.
11.3 A Player may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting n7777 support at [email protected]. Any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Pending bonus wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. 13.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, n7777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruptions, or technical malfunctions.
13.2 n7777's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the real-money Balance held in the Player's Account at the time the relevant incident occurred.
13.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude n7777's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

14.2 In the event of a dispute between you and n7777, you should first contact n7777 customer support at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. n7777 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receipt of a formal written complaint.
14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism, as provided under n7777's licensing conditions. The decision of PAGCOR in any such matter shall be final and binding on both parties.
14.4 Subject to Clause 14.3, any legal proceedings arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
